Game & Learn is giving away games!
Not just because it's the most wonderful time of the year, but because we'd also love your feedback!
Hello readers!
It’s almost the most wonderful time of the year and we have a special request from you!
Zac and Chi first came up with the idea of this newsletter just over a year ago (where has the year gone?!).
This time last year, we ran a workshop for a Brisbane university on “Teaching teamwork using boardgames”. As the name suggested, we used board games during the workshop, as well as helped participants make their own board games to teach abstract concepts to university students. Participants called it “the greatest professional development” they had ever attended, which meant a lot to us! 🙌
So we decided to share our passion and knowledge (as well as a few silly stories) with the whole world in the format of a newsletter! THIS NEWSLETTER. We have now been writing for over 6 months, and completed two series on how to use boardgames to teach two essential life-skills: Teamwork and Communication.
At this point we would love to get some feedback from you to see how we’re doing. Have these newsletters added value to your life? Could they be improved in anyway? Have you purchased any of the recommended board games and put them to use?
We’ve put together a quick evaluation form to find out more about your experience with our newsletter Game & Learn. It shouldn’t take more than 5 mins of your time, and your feedback will be invaluable to us.
Constructive feedback is the greatest gift of all. So once the survey closes at midnight 30 December 2022, we will also select three people who gave us the best constructive feedback that help us to improve our work and they will receive a game we have recommended as a thank you.
Just make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter and have completed the evaluation form by midnight 30 December 2022.
We would love it too if you share one of our posts on your social media, honestly we have no way of tracking that, so you will be doing it purely because you are a nice person and (maybe) you like our work.
Once again, here is the link to the evaluation form. We can’t wait to read what you think about Game & Learn, so we can keep improving our work.
Until next time, game more, and learn more!
